Select an item to auto-fill the unit price and a clean, field-ready description, adjust any bracketed [ ] numbers or attach a field photo, and click Download PDF or Download JPG.
Base prices are pre-loaded from standard property preservation industry pricing schedules across 37 repair categories—including landscaping, tree trimming, roof tarping, window reglazing, securing, drywall, mold remediation, plumbing, electrical, and debris removal. Every base price is a starting reference—you can freely edit the unit price, quantity, or unit of measurement on any line item, or save your own custom items to the Price Book.
No. Everything you type and every photo you attach is processed 100% locally inside your own web browser. Your work orders, property addresses, contractor pricing, and field photos are never uploaded to our server. When you check Save company info or click Save Bid / Download PDF, that data is saved privately inside your own browser's local Bid History Vault on your device.
Yes. You can export your finished bid sheet as a searchable vector PDF or a high-resolution JPG image (automatically named with your Work Order # and Property Address) for immediate upload to PPW, Pruvan, RepairBASE, or client portals for Nationals such as Safeguard, First Rate Field Service, and First Allegiance. You can also click Copy All for PPW to paste your formatted line item scopes directly into portal notes.
Yes. The tool is fully responsive on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop monitors. Field contractors can open the page on their smartphone at the property, select line items, attach photos directly from their phone camera roll, and download the completed PDF or JPG bid sheet on the spot.
